What We Offer

The Training Centre offers Technical Training for a range of medium and high volume Folding Inserting machines.

Typically the courses will be made up of a number of Stages known as Modules. The Modules are subdivided into Topics which are further divided into Tasks and Exercises.

A course may have an online foundation element, a residential 'hands-on' element and a post-course element. Our courses are packed with technical content as well as providing each candidate the opportunity to setup and run the Folding Inserting machines. This ensures that each candidate gets the most out of his/her training.

Due to the nature of our courses, we usually have a maximum of four candidates per course, this allows us to train you in a focussed and productive way.

What will the courses do for me?

Our Products are intelligent systems and have many configuration perameters that can be tailored to the Customers exact needs. Each system is built with the Customer in mind, modules can be added to the system to provide an ideal system for each Customer. Various technologies can be added if required to handle OMR, Barcode or 2D Matrix etc.

The courses we provide cover a wide range of aspects from an in-depth understanding of each machine module, the graphic user interface, various reading technologies, Job programming, acceptable paper media and much more.

You will be able to operate the Mailing System, program jobs, use the diagnostic menus, calibrate all machine functions, understand the concept of the machine operation and train Customers.
