PFE’s Maximailer Range offers total flexibility in today’s mail processing market place, from just a few hundred letters per day right up to large monthly volumes.
The Maximailer Special Edition is a Range of four models that will deal with a multitude of applications, each running at speeds of up to 3,750 filled envelopes per hour. They are capable of processing documents from up to 5 different hoppers, with a total pack thickness of up to 6mm.
The graphical display and operating software guide you simply through creating and running the most complex of applications, even allowing the document containing the address to be in any hopper.

Special Features
Single Feeder
Each feed unit can be set to process any format of insert up to 4mm thick, and hold up to 300 documents.
Twin Feeder
The twin feeder allows two different inserts to be loaded without requiring more valuable space. Each station has a capacity of over 200 documents.
Single Folder
For applications requiring a single A4 sheet into each envelope, this module does everything you need.
The paper tray has a large 500 sheet capacity.
Tower Folder
Where an application requires multiple A4 documents, the tower folder has three feed trays with a total capacity of 1,000 sheets.
Hand-feeding of up to 8 stapled sheets comes as standard.
