Folders
The Maximailer Plus boasts a versatile Tower Folder, available with a single 500-sheet hopper, or three hoppers with a total 1,000-sheet capacity. Equipped with a three-plate fold mechanism, it is able to create almost any type of fold, in up to 8 sheets collated together from the various hoppers. A single Folder module is also available, this unit can be fitted in any position, giving you more feed options if required.
Insert feeders
There are two types of insert feeder module available. The single feeder is able to process a wide range of inserts from 60gsm sheets up to booklets 4mm thick. For those where space is at a premium, the Twin-Feeder is still capable of feeding 4mm inserts, but can also feed another insert up to 2mm thick from the upper station.
Document Security
Each station on the Maximailer Plus is equipped with an infra-red electronic double document detection system, ensuring the integrity of your mailings. Additionally the OMR and Barcode facilities allow document sequence control ensuring that no errors are made in insertion. For those who need to have complete tracking of their workload, the combination of imos data-logging facility and PiCS integrity checking creates a complete audit trail.
Indocs - OMR and Barcode
In order to process mail efficiently, the Maximailer Plus is able to read a pre-prepared OMR or Barcode on your documents and intelligently decide how to process them. This can include accumulating multi-page documents and adding specific additional inserts.
Indocs reads the data in your unprinted documents and adds the appropriate coding before printing, enabling the Maximailer Plus to read them and perform all of these functions automatically.
In order to further optimise your use of the Maximailer Plus, indocs is capable of sorting through your unprinted documents and collating together any that are intended for the same recipient, thus saving considerably on postage costs.
Indocs works on any Windows® operating system, thereby giving all the simplicity of click-and-drag set-up. Therefore, no prior programming knowledge is necessary,and no lengthy and costly consultancy is required.
