The Minimailer 2 Extra is the perfect solution to complex office mailing requirements such as invoices, statements and payroll documents. Combining PFE’s Optical Mark Reading (OMR) technology with a collate station, the Minimailer 2 Extra is able to read documents and group them accordingly before folding them together into an envelope ensuring time and cost savings, whilst increasing document security.
PFE offers unique indocs software Indocs reads the information in your unprinted documents and adds the appropriate markings prior to printing, the inserter can then perform all of its intelligent functions automatically. that can apply marks to your documents, automating your outgoing mail.

Easy Access

The clam shell design allows easy access to the entire paper path. The operator interface will even tell you where to look. Documents can then be cleared and the machine re-started immediately.
