Card inserting Systems

By combining the proven reliability of the DS-100 / 140 range with a robust, secure card affixing system, a CardMailer system can be produced. With an ability to read all types of finished cards at input, the system generates a carrier document before securely matching the two together, folding and inserting them into an envelope, along with up to 6 other relevant documents or leaflets.

Available as a stand-alone system capable of handling cards produced on a wide range of systems, or as a full-production unit linked to an Autocard system, the Cardmailer offers a flexible reactive solution to your plastic card personalisation and inserting requirements.
