Pressure Seal Processing Power
The AS1000 has a processing speed of up to 10,000 forms per hour and features a friction feed system.
The AS1500 features a vacuum feed system and is capable of a processing speed of up to 15,000 forms per hour. This can be upgraded to feature a high capacity feeder which will speed up production output and can hold up to 4,500 forms.
Both machines are modular and use a highly effective 4 roller sealing system. They both feature double document detection capability and a single form hand feed station.
User friendly Operator Display
The large LCD display guides you through operating the machine quickly and simply. It features, not only hourly and total count, but also an In-Out job count to ensure form integrity.
AS1000 Configurations (Friction System)
The AS1000 features the friction fed system. It is available with three optional output devices, the vertical stacker and the standard and extended shingle conveyor.
AS1500 Configurations (Vacuum System)
The AS1500 features the vacuum feed system due to its higher form processing speeds.
It is available with all three optional output devices depending upon your application requirements.
To enhance the AS1500 high volume system a high capacity feeder is available in order to process up to 4,500 forms before reloading.
AS1500 on-Line System
The AS1500 has an on-line form bursting capability. This can process a one-up continuous form without requiring conventional form separation, thus simplifying the operation.
Friction System
Our Feeder holds 300 sheets and is bottom fed
so it can be loaded whilst running. Features include adjustable separator and self centring form guides.
Vacuum System
Holding 400 sheets which are bottom fed, the unit is highly adjustable. Features also include adjustable air flow and vacuum, ensuring a high level of control. An optional high capacity feeder is available which can hold up to 4,500 forms.
Vertical Stacker
The unit holds up to 500 'Z' fold forms and 750 'V' fold forms. It delivers the form upright to aid speedy
processing and features a 'stack full' sensor.
Shingle Conveyors
There are two variations. The standard conveyor (pictured) which holds up to 300 Z fold forms, and the extended conveyor which holds up to 1,000 processed forms. This also features an overideable 'full' sensor.
